The Leica If

The Leica If camera, basic model of "f" series, introduced in 1952 at serial number 562 293 to replace the Leica Ic, for scientific works.
Production ceased in 1958 with 1168 issues in Black Dial and 15786 in Red Dial.

The shutter speed go to 1/500 , no slow shutter speeds provided,  the flash socket is located on the circular steel plate, vulcanite covered at the place of slow speeds, top plate with two accessories shoes. There is a film build-in indicator in the winding knob. No delayed action is provided.
