Ball and socket heads

This are the longest live Leica accessories, the small onehas been introduced in 1926.

FIAKU (1926) Small ball and socket head, originaly nickel, chrome plated by 1936

FOOMI / 14105  (1938-1960) Small ball and socket head, very similar to the FIAKU chrome

FOOMI / 14104  3/8" tripod bush

KGOON / 14115  (1936) Large ball and socket head for long focal lenght lenses and the focusing stages. Later models had dual 1/4" and 3/8 tripod screw threads, the 3/8" thead is sping loades and when depressed to use the 1/4". Early one had short body. later ones had cross bar to facilitate screwing to camera.

14121 (1964) Large ball and socket head replacing KGOON, reversible 1/4" and 3/8 tripod screw threads secured by screw caps.

14119 (1967) reintroduction of small socket head. Black body.
